Modular home MG2
The MG2 modular home is a small house in modern architecture, composed of two modules joined into a single building — each module is delivered to the plot fully finished and assembly into a single whole takes one day.
We offer MG2 in 14 variants of different sizes — from the basic one with an area over 30 m² and dimensions of 6.6 × 5.1 m up to the largest with a total area of 63.5 m² and dimensions of 10.4 × 6.7 m. We supply the house in a year-round (energy-efficient, fully insulated) and a summer variant.

Exterior
The exterior walls of MG2 are clad in natural wood; alternatively a combination of wood and standing-seam sheet metal, Vox panels (Vifront/Kerrafront) or Vinylit. The roof is of standing-seam sheet metal. The colour scheme is freely changeable (e.g. natural wood, whitewashed wood, wood-graphite, black).
MG2 has a compact rectangular body with a slightly overhanging canopy above the glazed wall, which opens the interior onto the terrace. A possible variant is an enclosable terrace protecting the glazed wall — suitable especially for recreational houses.
Interior
The basic version contains a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom — comfortably for 2 to 4 people. The largest variants have three bedrooms + a living room and a separate entrance hallway.
The L-shaped kitchenette has lower and upper cabinets with a fridge, a hob and a sink. The large glazed living-room wall opens the house onto the terrace and garden and brings plenty of light inside. The interior is fully finished; on request fully furnished.
