Welcome! Tatradomy is a Slovak manufacturer of MOBILE and MODULAR homes based in Ružomberok, in the heart of the Tatra Mountains. We specialise in year-round and holiday houses built precisely to order — from a weekend cabin to a full family home. We put the emphasis on flexibility when working with the customer and the honest craftsmanship of every house.
Tatradomy is part of a group of companies with more than 20 years of experience in construction and timber production. We operate a modern production hall in Ružomberok and a complete team — from designers through manufacturing, assembly and transport to after-sales service right on your plot.

We offer modular homes in a wide range of models and sizes — as a year-round family home or a holiday house beneath the Tatras.
Modular homes are built from a durable steel-and-timber structure, fully prepared in our production hall in Ružomberok and then delivered completely finished and installed directly on your plot. The house consists of two or four modules; on-site assembly takes one day. In durability, quality and parameters our modular homes match and often surpass traditional brick buildings. The customer gets our guarantee of delivery date, price and quality — the modular home arrives fully finished right on the plot. A modular home is thus a full-fledged alternative to traditional brick houses.

We offer mobile homes in various sizes and styles — in both summer and year-round versions, with insulation and utilities that allow comfortable living all year round beneath the Tatras.
Every mobile home has a steel-and-timber structure that guarantees high durability and resilience. Depending on the frame size, the house weighs between 6 and 10 tonnes. Mobile homes have their own axles and wheels, so you can place them on your plot exactly where you want without heavy machinery. On request we also build a two-module version or a chassis-free house, which we set down with a crane.

Mobile home F3 — is a two-module build — two smaller mobile homes joined into one unit directly on the customer's plot. It features a gallery above part of the ground floor and a living room with a high ceiling.

Thanks to an extensive list of optional equipment you choose and design the house yourself in comfort — picking colours, materials and solutions to your own taste. Configuring the house is a simple and pleasant process that results in a tailor-made home. Our designers and advisors will guide you through the whole process and advise you.

What are year-round and holiday mobile homes?
Many people dream of a holiday mobile home where they can rest from everyday duties — whether by a lake, in the mountains or on their own plot. The design possibilities are greater than you might think. In recent years mobile homes have become an increasingly popular choice. It is therefore worth looking at what defines a "house on wheels" and when you can also use it for year-round living.
Can a mobile home be bought on a lease or loan?
Yes, every Tatradomy mobile home can be purchased via a lease or with a favourable loan. Contact us — we will prepare a no-obligation quote tailored exactly to your model.
What utilities do Tatradomy mobile homes include?
All year-round and holiday Tatradomy mobile homes have electrical wiring, ventilation and an antenna feed for terrestrial TV, optionally also a gas connection. Plumbing is a matter of course. As standard we use window micro-ventilators, but heat recovery and air conditioning (also with a heating function) are available. Before placing the mobile home we recommend providing electricity, water and possibly gas connections on the plot. Houses intended for year-round and long-term living should be connected to an efficient wastewater system.
How is a mobile home transported?
Because of its dimensions and legal rules, transporting a mobile home is a more demanding operation that requires detailed route planning, clearance assessment and often the use of low-loader trailers for oversized transport. Tatradomy provides insured transport of all mobile homes in the range directly to the customer's plot.
