Modular home MG1
The MG1 modular home is a single-storey house in traditional architecture, composed of two modules (each forming half of the house), which we join on the customer’s plot into a single building. We supply the house in a year-round variant (with very good insulation and installations for comfortable living all year round) as well as in a summer variant.
We offer MG1 in 10 variants — from the basic size of 6.5 × 5 m up to the largest 10 × 6.6 m, with a total area from 32 to 66 m². Each subsequent variant is a little larger and more spacious.

Exterior
The MG1 roof is covered with metal roof tiles or standing-seam sheet metal. The walls are clad as standard with wooden cladding; the facade can alternatively be made as a combination of standing-seam sheet metal with wood, Vox panels (Vifront, Kerrafront) or Vinylit. The colour scheme can be freely changed according to the customer’s wishes — e.g. natural light wood, wood stained brown, whitewashed wood or graphite.
MG1 is designed on a rectangular floor plan with a gently pitched gable roof of 12–16°. The house can later be freely extended by adding more modules, and thanks to its modular structure it can also be relocated to another place.
Interior
The interior of MG1 consists of a living room joined with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The layout allows comfortable living for a 2–4-member family, both year-round and for recreation. Larger variants offer a larger living room, three bedrooms or a separate hallway.
The kitchenette has a set of lower and upper L-shaped cabinets with a sink, a hob and a fridge. Large glazing of the balcony door opens the living room onto the terrace and visually enlarges the interior. The interior is fully finished in every specification (wall, ceiling and floor finishes); on request also fully furnished with appliances.
