How it works
Buying a mobile or modular home from us is a simple, transparent process. You deal with one contract and one partner — we guard quality, deadlines and budget at every step.
The purchase step by step
1. No-obligation consultation
We meet in person in Ružomberok or online. We go through your plot, ideas and budget and pick a suitable model and size.
2. Model and equipment
You choose the model, layout, finish standard (Basic / Comfort / Premium, for modular also Development) and extras. We will gladly arrange a tour of the production and showroom at our partner manufacturer.
3. Contract and design
We sign a contract with a fixed price and deadline. The house design (architecture, structural engineering, internal utilities) is included; adaptation to your plot is done by a local architect.
4. Production
The house is built completely in the hall of our trusted partner manufacturer in Central Europe. You pay in instalments following the progress of production.
5. Transport to your plot
The finished house is delivered by special oversized transport with an escort straight to your plot. Transport is billed separately depending on the location.
6. Installation and handover
The assembly team sets, anchors, connects and starts up the house — usually within 1–2 working days. We stay available after handover too.
Payment terms — instalments
Payment can be split into 3–4 instalments following the progress of the production of your house. You do not pay everything up front — the exact schedule is agreed in the contract.
Transport
Transport of the house is billed separately. It is a special oversized transport with a person responsible for it — we plan the route in advance and assess accessibility all the way to your plot.
The transport cost depends on distance, house size and any permits along the route — we determine it once the installation site is specified. All transports are insured.
Installation and assembly
Setting, levelling, connection to utilities and start-up are performed by the assembly team and billed separately. Assembly including commissioning usually takes 1–2 working days.
Foundations
The house has its own floor frame with a steel-and-timber structure, so no conventional foundation slab is needed. We recommend point foundations — typically 6 to 8 concrete posts of 50×50×100 cm.
Point foundations are not included in the price of the house — we can arrange them, or you prepare them yourself based on our documentation. A mobile home can also stand on its own wheels or on supports.
House design
The design is included in the price of the ordered house and covers architecture, structural engineering and internal utilities.
The design requires adaptation to the specific plot by a local architect — billed separately. We will gladly help with the formalities.
Delivery times
Mobile homes are usually delivered within 7–8 months, modular homes within 9–10 months — counted from the approval of the design and the selection of all materials.
Your contract has a fixed deadline and price — we guarantee what we promised.
Financing
Because a mobile home is not permanently attached to the land, favourable financing options open up — leasing, a loan or operating rental. We will gladly prepare a no-obligation financing offer.
For companies and investors
Mobile and modular homes are a proven investment product — rental apartments, campsites, glamping and staff accommodation. Short payback thanks to fast realisation.
For business clients we prepare an individual offer including volume pricing, a delivery schedule and financing.
