The indicative “from” price is for the cheapest variant in BASIC equipment, excl. VAT. The final price depends on equipment, layout and size — the final price is confirmed after a consultation; we will gladly prepare an exact tailored quote.
VAT is charged according to the country of delivery/installation (SK 23 %, CZ 21 %, DE 19 %, AT 20 %). B2B: reverse charge may apply.
Surcharges and Additional Services
The basic price is always the price for the house in the chosen equipment package. The following surcharges and additional services are charged extra according to the specific project and location.

Insulation and construction for year-round living — a one-off surcharge to the house price (applies to mobile homes; modular houses are year-round as standard). Indicative prices — we will confirm the exact price in the offer.
Foundations — Modular Houses
4 000 – 4 500 € excl. VAT
Construction of point foundations by our team according to the project (concrete footings 50×50×100 cm, C30 concrete with reinforcement). Applies to modular houses; alternatively, the investor can arrange the foundations according to our project. For mobile homes, the investor handles the foundations according to the project.
