Mobile home C is a medium-sized house of around 35 m² built-up area — practical, functional, in modern styling and a light, clean colour scheme, in a reasonable scale and price. We supply it in two dimensions: the basic 9.5 × 3.5 m and the extended 10.5 × 3.5 m.
The house has 10 functional layout variants. The exterior appearance — colour scheme, materials, window arrangement — can be adapted to the customer’s requirements.

Exterior
A rectangular body with a 12° pitched roof (the pitch can be increased according to local plot requirements). A modern light facade; materials and colours made to measure.
Interior
A day zone with a living room and kitchenette, bedrooms and a bathroom — designed practically and ergonomically. The interior is fully finished, on request fully furnished.

We offer our mobile homes in three finish standards:
- Basic — the base variant with complete utilities, but no furniture.
- Comfort — a variant with a fitted bathroom and kitchen (kitchen units, sanitary ware, appliances), but no furniture in the rooms.
- Premium — a completely finished and furnished house — full furniture and appliances in every room.
BASIC
Basic house finish and equipment standard
- Steel-and-timber house structure — a welded, hot-dip galvanised steel floor frame; floor, walls and roof from kiln-dried Scandinavian C24 timber
- Two-layer MFP 22+15 mm tongue-and-groove floor
- Axle(s) and wheels for transport
- Waterproofing, vapour barrier and vapour-permeable membrane in the walls, roof and floor
- Thermal insulation: summer variant — 15 cm of mineral wool in floor and roof, 10 cm in walls; year-round variant — 20 cm in floor, 20/25 cm in roof, 20 cm in walls
- Roofing from metal tiles or standing-seam sheet (depending on model), sheet-metal trim from plastic-coated sheet, PVC gutters and downpipes
- Double-glazed PVC windows (optionally triple), 6-chamber frames, with micro-ventilation for air circulation

- Entrance door — glazed PVC with double locking or insulated steel with double locking

- Hot water: electric boiler 50/80 l, flow heating in a gas boiler, or a heat pump
- Ventilation: summer variant – venting via grilles + window intakes; year-round – mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (central or wall-mounted recuperators)
- Air conditioning: split with an indoor unit in the living room (optional)
- Smart home: alarm and control of heating, hot water and ventilation via a mobile app (optional)
